I don't draft for position especially in the first round.  I just hope value meets need with a big guy in the early rounds more than once.  I haven't evaluated Tackle yet honestly and not sure a layman can at any degree of confidence other than pointing out the clear whiffs.  Hearing Alt and Fautanu as high quality guys around here and seeing where they are mocked.  Are you saying Mims isn't one of them and not worth a first or mid first?  I honestly don't know.

I'm very high on Mims.  He's had a few injuries, not a lot of experience in college but he was a beast in the 8 games or so he played.  He's a massive man so you have to worry about injuries if you just look at the history with guys his size.  If he stays healthy I think he could become one of the best RTs in the league.  He's very athletic for his size as well
