Strange takeaway.

That video made it seem plainly obvious that they are going out of their way to agree on all the picks collaboratively. 

Trent literally said "WE have to decide whether to go big or go small at 48. You know what my VOTE would be." 

He's seeking opinions, not dictating the pick. 

Doug's response to taking Smith just before the pick was made: "Awesome" 
Then Andy Reid texts Pederson and says "Great pick, dude" and Pederson has a [BLEEP] eating grin relaying the message.

I don't see any way you could spin this as a "Baalke pick" after paying any actual attention to that video.
