You do know that it's still just alleged, yeah? Who knows what happened at this point, that's for the court to determine, though it's likely that with the ask only being a million bucks they'll just settle. Which is a really good strategy if you're just looking for a payday from a team that makes 8 digit rounding errors in their financials.
