I don't care what she says. There is a long enough track record by democrats for even the most partisan liberal to question what she means when she talks about re-education. Only a simpleton stops at her mention of civics without putting in in context. We know why kids don't know about civics. Democrats removed it from the classrooms and destroyed our education system. Just like we know the left doesn't care about states' rights, and hasn't since the 70's. You really believe America just needs a lesson on the sovereignty of state courts? You couldn't make it one post in the DeSantis threat without mentioning he stacked the courts.

Her comment was stupidly worded - but she's right that the MAGA movement lacks understanding of the processes we live by in America.  The problem she's missing is that you can't educate the willfully ignorant. If they just adopt lies versus the letter of the law, you can't "re-educate" them. 

The DeSantis thing is funny. 
I didn't say he stacked the court. It's been stacked by Republican gov's term after term. But of course you didn't read carefully enough to see how I phrased it.

Look, dude, you're a peon, like me. The problem is you don't think you're a peon. If you read the literature, it says what they are about. You don't read the literature. You read comments that get sensationalized by the media, then downplay them.

This stuff doesn't fall out the sky, even though every Tom, Dick, and Harry who calls themselves a moderate or centrist or x-leaning thinks this [BLEEP] is all organic. It's not. This stuff is way more organized and purposeful than I think you even comprehend. Sure, her comments were organic. I'm confident she misspoke, because she's probably not supposed to say [BLEEP] that's too on the nose. That kind of stuff is generally frowned on in politics. Sure, that article is hamming it up for the right-wing crowd. It doesn't make her comments any less disingenuous and concerning. 

It's a pretty freaking common talking point among the elites of the democratic party. You know why? It's part of the philosophic ideology of the new left. You refuse to acknowledge the new paradigm that exists in American politics, which is why you're constantly misinformed. 

Hillary Clinton (Democrat) - Suggested "formal deprogramming" for Trump supporters, referring to them as "cult members" (October 2023) 

Richard Beller (Former PBS lawyer, Democrat) - Spoke about the need for "re-education camps" for children of Trump supporters, suggesting they need to be molded into accepting progressive ideologies (2020) 

Katie Porter (Democrat) - Mentioned the necessity of educating constituents to counteract misinformation and change their understanding of key political issues (2022).

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Democrat) - Advocated for comprehensive educational reforms to combat "systemic racism" and "white supremacy," suggesting a need to change entrenched societal beliefs (2020).

Elizabeth Warren (Democrat) - Called for reforms to "re-educate" Wall Street executives on ethical business practices and corporate responsibility (2021).

Bernie Sanders (Democrat) - Promoted educational programs aimed at re-educating the public on the benefits of socialism and social justice (2020).

Kamala Harris (Democrat) - Highlighted the need for public "re-education" on climate change to foster better environmental policies (2021).

Notice a trend? That's a search over the last 3 years for politicians who talk about re-educating the public. Just a bunch of people who have misspoken... Only one was a Republican, and let's be real, his comments are tied to reclaiming education from leftists who are *gasp* trying to educate the public in the way they think is best, which is anti-American. But, either way, I don't care to argue whether he is noble or not. 

The bottom line is it's a common mode of thought among democratic elites to train the monkeys to think like they want them to think, and if you dissent, you need to be shown the error of your ways. It's frankly idiotic to try to rationalize what's right there for you to see. Not only is common among our politicians, but it's also happening in a different way in major corporate workspaces. No matter how much I show you these things are connected, you don't even want to consider that you are being manipulated. So, whatever... continue in your arrogance. She misspoke. The elites definitely don't think they have the power to make us think the way they want us to.
