Hunter Biden does not deserve jail time for lying on this form. As a first time offender, he should pay a fine, forfeit that gun and any other gun, and maybe some other non-jail punishments.

So because he is supposedly a "first time offender" he shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of his action(s)? Just because this is his first conviction he should suffer the same punishment that you, I or anyone else would suffer.

He deserves prison time in general population.
