He'll have to make the squad for me to be corrected.  Even if he makes the squad, he'll need to be active on game day.  Even if he's active on game day, Thomas should still be the tallest target on the field 95% of the time and that's probably a conservative estimate barring significant injury.
Cooks already made the squad in 2023, and would have to be removed from the 2024 squad/roster for you to be correct.

We can agree that Thomas will most likely be the tallest WR on the grass most of the time this season.
