Do you actually know economics or do you get your info from Fox News?  That's a rhetorical question, since I already know the answer to that question.

The US could not keep interest rates at 0%.  There was a surge of spending after Covid.  In the US, the economy does simply do a 180 upon the country's change in leadership.  Personally, the Fed, who is primarily responsible for inflation/deflation is doing a great job at controlling the market, without any severe indication of a recession (aka Soft Landing).    Conversely, they probably should have raised the rates earlier in the game and not listened to Trump urging them to keep rates at 0%.

That said, the economy goes in cycles so I'm not really here to blame Trump or Biden but rather make the most of the situation and bargain shop (which I've been doing all my life) and take advantage of what the stock market presents under each President & Fed Chair.
