Well informed writer/journalist.  I'm gonna have to follow this guy when he writes about the NFL because this article hit it on the nose.  It's rare that someone who doesn't specifically cover the Jags appears so well informed about Trevor and understands the contract he just signed.  Also from the article:

You can tell who doesn't pay much attention to the Jaguars or doesn't understand what they're watching if they do (i.e. casuals) by their negative Trevor takes.

Agreed. Goes back to my comment in here from last week. Is Lawrence, statistically a top five Quarterback? No. However, if we're just talking about pure mechanics, arm talent and ability overal? He's a top five Quarterback in that regard. Easily. 

I think he hits his stride in year four as a professional and year three within the same offense. The turnovers will come down once the rest of the newcomers gel and click. The running game will be absolutely paramount to enable what Lawrence thrives at, and that's really, the ability to work off of play action, flow away from the pocket and hit the deep balls.
