Yes, definitely. The cases of heat and sun stroke far outpace any cases of hypothermia in cold weather cities. You can always find ways to get warmer, there's no way to get cooler.

I've had both heat stroke and hypothermia and I'll take hypothermia any day over heat stroke. I still can't tolerate the heat like I could before my incident and that happened 13 years ago. Never had after effects of hypo.
