Ron is done unless the RINOs survive. He screwed up, supposedly driven by his power hungry wife, and now is done. Trump loyalists won't trust him. He was the automatic nominee in 2028 but couldn't wait.

It's basically the same for any of the dems that try to step forward now. Any of them stupid enough to do it are ending their careers.

I forget the guy's name, but looking through his fund raising records a while back there was one guy that continued to pump money into his various campaigns.  Not sure about his wife potentially being power hungry, but I'm sure he was beholden to this one particular individual that threw millions into his campaigns and I'd bet he was feeling pressure from this particular individual to run as well.
