Going with the over this year. I don't think this year's schedule is as rough as last year's was. I think the tinhorns, clots and tacks will also not have any element of surprise in this division. Everybody knows now that Stroud is legit, Levis has some ability and Richardson is capable of being a Justin Fields / LaMar Jackson type QB mobility wise.

Going with 11 wins this years personally.
