Long strider. Makes it look effortless. Matt Jones was similar. Granted, he had a good three inches in height on Thomas Jr., but, I remember as a kid you'd see Matt get the ball and take maybe three or four steps sometimes and the dude picked-up 10 yards.

...and looked every bit as graceful as a newborn giraffe along the way.
