So by your definition, 90% of NFL teams have a ‘losing culture’ because they don’t win their division ‘year after year’.

no not by my defintion by the medeias.   My point was the throw backs are going to turn everything around for the jags in a good way.  they will start winning the division year after year after year as long as they keep wearing the throw backs at least one or 2 games each year.  i know we can only use them 3 times in the season in the same year.
