Looks like weather is going to affect you guys then head my way. Not liking the amount of rain we might get here. We live in the Sandhills area and for the most part the area doesn't really flood. When Florence came through in 2018 there was a lot of flooding in areas around us and that's when I learned sand drains water really well. But trees can and will still fall and cause problems like power outages and such. Thankful we have a generator.
Was it in 2018 that the St. John's River rose over the banks in Riverside and flooded Riverside Park? Or was that 2016 which was Hurricane Matthew? Those were wild pictures. Anyway, everyone stay safe and keep your powder dry! |
