Why is there so little videos of the actual 7 on 7s or 11 on 11s this year?

I expected to see some actual full plays have i missed them or are they just not available for some reason.

Watching a wr catch a ball that is not contested is not showing me anything. Where are they? Same goes for oline and dline.
