Small amounts of cheating happen every election.

It would only change my opinion if there was credible evidence that the cheating was coordinated at high levels by a party, or if a corrupt supervisor of elections was involved in the cheating, or if the total amount of cheating was almost enough to change the outcome. Otherwise it's just a law enforcement issue, not a government legitimacy issue. Three possible conditions would tip it from "arrest those involved" to "man the barricades.". None of the three existed in 2020.
