I for the most part agreed with everything President Trump had to say.  I didn't particularly note him doing the "insults" or other blather that people complain about.  It was mostly common sense, something that Kamala and the democrats seem to really lack.

Elon Musk, while being a brilliant man is VERY awkward and not a good speaker.  It's no real surprise considering that he is "on the spectrum".

Elon has the style that many people with higher IQs have. Generally, the language areas will not be as high as the others, and they do not prioritize them. It's not that you can't work to improve it but it usually doesn't interest them. With speaking, this comes out when trying to say things in a way others will understand. He most certainly is calculating how to say it the best way to help others understand. He's trying to gauge how others are interpreting it and to help interject when needed. He did a good job of helping Trump frame the discussion and highlight the key points for the people listening.
