Four years into Lawrence's career here, and, it's still a topic. It's pretty concerning that Khan has not tried doing something more about it. Or, maybe he has. I am not sure. 

However, this unit cannot seem to even crack the middle of the pack ranking and performance wise and is often left scraping by barely to finish in the mid to high 20's. If not... worse. 

Something better give if we see another [BLEEP] collapse in 2024. They entertained Spielman two years ago for a VP role. Khan should consider this position again. Would love to pry Ozzie Newsome away from Baltimore or some big brain scout or personnel man that's known for finding quality offensive lineman.

You don't want owners getting involved in personnel stuff like that. Plus he is not a football guy. He has hired football people to make those types of decisions and then chooses to evaluate their results.

The only complaint regarding Khan is that he leans way more towards "stability" and giving coaches/GM/FO people extra chances/time before letting them go. It very much appears to be how he ran his previous businesses, but it is atypical with current sports business so it can come off as disinterested, slow, or incompetent. Honestly that has been his biggest fatal flaw, and he can eventually learn that.
