I think I put it at 5, personally. The top 3 picks, and hopefully a couple mid rounders at positions of need.

A WR in the fourth that would start?

 

A LB around that area?

 

Just something to kick around that doesn't revolve around the names so much as the overall roster and finding fits throughout the draft.

If you studied film on a player, watched his pro day / scouting combine, interviewed him and really felt this guy could make a positive difference on the field you draft him.  The best guy you can get goes in the 1st and then down the line to the 7th round.


If you dont have anyone better on your team and you have to start all 11 draft picks than it is probably a good indicator that your team didnt meet up to your standards (if your a new GM like Dave if not than that can be bad as it shows your picks didnt pan out).
