Lets see from the game recap: "With 40 mph wind gusts placing an emphasis on running the ball, Jones was more than content in being relegated to handoff duty in New England’s 14-10 win over the Buffalo Bills on Monday night."

you're mad he didn't throw the ball in 40 mph winds? and he still won the game? yea this is a delusional criticism. Especially when considering his rookie year was the following despite losing a full game's worth of stats to that poor weather game:

Mac Jones rookie year he posted:

3801 passing yards
7.3 YPA
22 passing TD's
13 INT's
on 68% completion. (352 completions on 521 attempts)

That's just "average at best" to you? that's clearly above average and was good enough to have a winning record and make the playoffs. No one is saying he's Mahomes, Brady, Montana or even as good as TLaw. He's a quality backup that could probably be a decent starter if he had went to a better situation.

So are you saying they were scared to let their weak arm QB throw the ball in the wind? And no he didn't win that game. The Defense and running game did, just like they did the majority of the season.

Bills had no problem letting Allen rip the ball 30 times in 40 mph winds. And that's the difference between having a good QB or not.

So he just damn near 4k yards with a positive TD/INT ratio, completing 68% of his passes by accident?

So no other QB has relied on their running game or strength of the team to move the ball and score points? with that roster of offensive talent i'd utilize the running game too lol. I compared him to Andy Dalton for a reason, you don't have  to be a gunslinger to be a successful NFL QB.

Did Josh Allen win that game throwing 30 times and completing half of those? Mac's arm is NFL caliber but not everyone has a Howitzer to throw through 40 mph gusts. How many QB's in today's NFL have the arm to be consistent throwing the ball in 40 mph winds? This is a weird hill to die on.
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense!
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
4) ???
5) Blank #2
6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!
