Yes because the Defense and Runningbacks threw the ball for Mac and thats how he accumulated those good numbers throwing the ball that first year. The Defense and running game didn't really change during his time in NE, the fact that he went from an actual OC to a DC calling the offense did change however. 

I mean if being a 3x probowler is average at best to you then I guess we fundamentally disagree on what "average" is.

The pro bowl is literally a fan voting popularity fest dude. It really doesn't mean jack [BLEEP] in the big picture of things. Nobody cares, or watches that anymore. They're already trying to slowly remove it with all the little games they've added. Dodge ball etc etc.

Running game had its moments and the 1st string Offense and Defense looked really good, but it was all against back ups tonight so it is what it is.

Either way, the production was there and should provide confidence going into week 1. Team overall looked pretty solid throughout these past 3 games.
