On the practice squad. There’s simply not enough room for him on the active roster. I know people are tired of hearing it but the 6th WR doesn’t see the field so they are kept for special teams value. Tim Jones is miles ahead of the rest of the guys in that area so he’s probably going to get the 6th spot.
