One thing that's clear to me is just like any other drug that affects the brain, your mileage may vary.  Some folks respond well to prozac.  Some don't.  Alcohol makes some happy and others aggressive.  Pot is the same.  Don't expect your buddy's experience to be just like yours.

Different strains for different ailments.. I like hybrids but love indicas. Although, it basically boils down to the terpenes. I always go for the "kill the pain" strain. Grape Ape and Blackberry Kush are my must go-to's.. Both are heavy indicas and will help with body pain.

Sativas are basically for head highs. Pretty good if you're going to be active.
