Immigration is hard. The executive doesn't deport anyone. He prosecutes. The judge deports. The process should be sped up, but it needs to remain an orderly and predictable process.
It's going to be hard. And costly. And more judges and lawyers will be needed. That's the high-hanging fruit.

The low-hanging fruit is punishing employers and recruiters. Right now from what I can tell employers are saying "I don't know man he just works for a temp company The temp company says he was cool," and the temp company is turning around and saying "no man that wasn't my job the employer is supposed to check for their immigration status." They should both be in trouble and both be held responsible if somebody is working without the appropriate visa. But that's never going to happen, because the cops "work for" the employers, usually.
