Of course no one wants to see that but most teams have an indoor practice facility now which allows you to control those factors a bit more and maybe find a way that coaches are more relaxed with players needing to step out and players feeling like they can step out if they need and it won't affect their chances of getting on the roster. It just feels an area the league and NFLPA need to start having some discussions about. |
