Dont see how. Wilson was praised for his accuracy , decision making and mechanics the 3 things that make you a good passer or not. Manziel struggles with decision making and mechanics especially when pressured (which wasnt an issue for wilson he was seen as BETTER once the pressure was closing around him).

 

Sorry but watching the ball leave the hands of the 2 in college Wilson was better. Had Wilson been taller it would have been a slam dunk #1 overall pick as he had virtually zero questions about his game from a mechanics or ability stand point unlike Manziel who should call himself The Riddler.
