The narrative goes to [BLEEP] though once you start asking questions internally. Everybody knows who is calling the shots or putting the most input towards the offensive installments week-to-week. There's no grand conspiracy at work here or secret formula to Pederson's vanilla ice cream. 

If it comes down to having to move on or shake up the staff again in 2025? Khan will investigate the matter, ask the starters on offense and the back-up's on offense who did what, how things flowed, etc. It's really hard to cover up things like that with that many people involved and personalities involved. 

Look at how fast the wheels came off the bus in 2018. When your main two defenders from the 2017 defense started yapping and wanting out of Jacksonville. They immediately threw Coughlin under the bus. Same thing would happen in 2025 during the off season if the offense imploded here in 2024 with expectations set high by ownership and the staff and team itself. 

I don't think they'll fail this year. I see them winning and succeeding enough to where they match the same results of 2022's play-off results. Rauscher probably gets canned before Taylor though.

Khan has already said he wants Pederson to be the play caller.  Doug might call plays and if it works give the credit to Press to make him look good. Doug might have Press draw up the first 10 and then take over from there or vise versa. 

Or Press could be the only one calling plays but if so he would be on a very short lease being Khan wants to win now and he wants Doug calling plays.  Maybe a 1 game short leash?  Its possible Press might call plays today and if we don't get good results I think Doug could start calling plays as soon as next week.
