Although I do think generally that Mayock was playing off the idea that is almost universally agreed upon today, which says that if Kap and Wilson's draft-class were redrafted, knowing what we know now, that they'd both be top-5 picks. And perhaps that's the point Mayock is driving home to teams like Jaguars and others, who passed on Kap and Wilson that year. He hears everybody still crying today, ooooh I wish my team would have picked Kap or Wilson. But Mayock seems to be saying that there is a QB in THIS draft-class that is better than both of them, and some of the same teams(Jaguars included) who 'missed' on Kap and Wilson in past years could be in danger of doing the same to an even better QB in Manziel this year.

That IMO is Mayock's point. I hope that made sense
