How many times are we going to keep saying the same thing over and over and over again with this coaching staff while the rest of the teams leap over us? That's the PROBLEM. How many more [BLEEP] games is it going to take for it to click? Your roster is an extension of your coach. We all saw it yesterday. The team [BLEEP] panicked after Etienne fumbled the football and Hill had that TD pass that shortened the lead down to three. They broke out into buttholes and [BLEEP] themselves. They then proceeded to shutdown completely with mental constipation. That's a direct reflection of your coaching staff. The personnel was good enough to get you up to 17 - 7, the personnel was good enough to get you close to a 24 - 7 opportunity, and the personnel was good enough to finish 9 - 8 in 2022 and start 8 - 3 in 2023. Getting exhausted from the sheer amount of excuses that get thrown around here for lack of growth and ineptitude in spite of plenty of money and draft selections being thrown into this roster to make it work. The running game worked in the 1st half, it enabled the chunk plays through the air. The running game was shut down immediately after the fumble on the next ensuing drives and the coaching staff and personnel had NO answer for it. They had no response. They laid down like dogs and [BLEEP] died. The defense tried to keep the game together. They bailed out Doug's dumb [BLEEP] panic decision there to go for it on 4th down after the field goal was missed and the offense was still stuck on the [BLEEP] can with mental constipation. Enough with the excuses guys. Enough. We going to hear this same [BLEEP] again if they lose to Cleveland at home next Sunday? After they were one of the WORST [BLEEP] teams last week in the season opener? Seriously? I know it's week one, but, then again, it's not. It's really not. You spent a fortune on Lawrence. You spent a fortune on Hines-Allen. You went out and signed Gabe Davis, the best deep ball threat over the last three years with a nose for the endzone, you went out and drafted the guy that led the FBS in TD's last year with his size and speed combination. You gave us a little bit of hope for the first three quarters and then you let a fumble? One little hiccup derail your efforts? That's been the story since the beginning with this staff. It's not good enough. Good teams scheme their best players open. I don't want to hear anymore nonsense about it. You put your aces in their places and you figure it the [BLEEP] out. We had plenty of opportunities and flashes in that game. Plenty. They took their [BLEEP] foot off the gas. The play calling reflects that. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. The subtle tongue, the sophist guile, they fail when the broadswords sing; Rush in and die, dogs - I was a man before I was a king." |
