Absolutely, the fans the media etc. the ones that pay their salary.  Why do the other 31 teams announce it?  Why have teams always announced who the play caller was in the history of the NFL?  I believe Doug don't think Press can handle the criticism and pressure when he fails as the play caller.

Well to be fair, the other teams' fanbases didn't attempt a clown out.  I don't know if I'd trust people as easily persuadable by mob mentality as that with information that the only reason they want it is to go after someone in the building.  To Pederson's credit, he's essentially saying come after him if you don't like it.  If I'm Press or anyone else in that building, Doug's a guy I'd love to work for.
