Positives and Concerns in a loss vs Miami

My issue stems from seeing the same issues from 2023 show up in 2024. Poor execution being the main one. Dropped passes, missed assignments, missed blocks (this one especially hurts in the 4th quarter) and odd coaching decisions. Going for it on 4th down from your own 30? I understand the Fins didn't score but the process is extremely bad.

The best unit of that entire game was the defense and they're all playing a new system. The offense looked disjointed and it's been the same offense for 3 years now.

I agree about the 4th down stuff, that sits poorly with me no matter who does it, but that one seemed especially egregious. I just don't know what coaches can do on Sunday to make your best wide receiver not drop an easy catch to kill a drive. Or have your running back not cover up the ball at the goal line to fumble away a touchdown. Or have your right tackle not get beat by their defensive end and sack the QB on the first and last plays of the game. These aren't scheme problems nor are they play call problems; they are individual player problems from some of our best players. Why didn't they perform?
This is what I'm saying. I feel like all last year, on this board, we talked about the lack of execution. It's only week 1 but I'm seeing it again.
