They're not in tank mode. They're being tanked by a QB that is now past his prime after being yanked out of Houston though. Biggest overpaid wanker in the NFL. 

Cleveland has been competitive in a tough AFC North. Stefanski is a solid coach. Just sandbagged by poor QB play and circumstances along with no Nick Chubb at RB due to injuries.

They're a middling team just like our team. This game can go either way but I am going to favor our team at home in this one after a tough road loss.

Maybe Stefanski will get canned and Pederson can hire him to coach the offense.
