The issue is Tyreek lost the ability to complain about anything when he didn't roll his window down, follow instructions from the cop, kept rolling his window up, and then moved as slow as possible when supposedly going to get out of the vehicle. You can't complain now and expect anything to happen. If you don't want cops to treat you like that then follow their instructions.
