My point stands. A fetus isn't a baby. A fetus is made of cells that are functioning cells, however, functioning cells don't necessarily mean something is alive as even dead humans have functioning cells after death occurs. Also, fetus has a certain percentage chance of survival (maybe 50% on the high side) and becoming a functioning human life.

When you take all this into 'count, humans rights to happiness and/or control over their own health and body take precedent over any chance of potential functioning human life even and including potentially destroying potential functioning human life. To say anything other than this is reaching and not based in reality.
