It never made any sense. If he had won an award or broke some record sure. But to do it based on the projection was silly especially during the off season when most national NFL media and fans laughed at the team for paying Lawrence the extension even if it is makes some sense in the weeds.

Yeah, in hind sight, it was pretty silly to put so much pressure on him.  Especially when it's obvious how pedestrian our Offense looks.

Dude, but I really miss those old jerseys, not to mention the Logo.  I loved that logo.  I had a beanie with the old Jags Logo, I lost it when I moved to my new home.  I miss that beanie...  But I get it.  

I wasn't a fan back when Brunell was the QB.  But I loved Garrard.  Lawrence is so good, but they are holding him back.  It's so sad to see us having a legit QB and the entire franchise seems to want him to fail.  I just don't get it.  Bortles was a trash QB and they still let him fling the ball.  But now we have a legit QB, and they just want to hold him back.  

It's beyond me.
