I don't think Doug is a bad coach. He's done a great job here, especially when you consider what he walked into. My worry is there seem to be cracks appearing. The death moment for any HC is when you lose the locker room and by no means do I think Doug has, but it feels like there are rumbles. Would winning a few games quiet that down? Probably but something is feeling a little off at the moment.

I think Shad would accept a maybe 7-10 year if there were reasons (injury etc) and a feeling next year would be much better.

If we stumble then we may see more co-ordinators sacrificed but Press seems a deal breaker.
