He can't promote from within?  That's what the Bills did...  Maybe Press just isn't ready for OC responsibilities.  Isn't it possible that some else on that coaching staff is better?  Or maybe another one of Doug's co-workers from the past?

This isn't an all or nothing kinda thing.  At least, it doesn't have to be.
