After a few seconds, the device would trigger giving time for the user to take it from there pocket and hold it near their face to read the message. The company in Taiwan is saying they did not make the pagers but had licensed the manufacture of them to a company in Budapest. It does make one think about unconventional warfare, and how easy it is for an adversary to disrupt our lives in a major way. |
