I finally got tired of hearing about it and started reading it. It looks like a traditional conservative platform so far, but I'm only 30 pages in. Conservatives are such [BLEEP].

Since you are reading it, can you tell me, does it call for firing 50,000 federal workers and replacing them with political appointees?  That's what I have read about it, but I haven't read the actual document.

Since I brought up this Heritage foundation outline for Trump's potential presidency as a reason the candidate may be targeted for assassination attempts, I'll give some outline on the things that may have the wacko's scoping out golf courses:

• Severely limiting abortion access nationwide by reversing the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, a drug used in medication abortion, and reviving a 19th century law, the Comstock Act, to ban any abortion medications, equipment, or materials from being sent through the U.S. Postal Service.
  
• Targeting immigrant communities through mass deportations and raids, ending birthright citizenship, separating families, and dismantling our nation’s asylum system.
  
• Exploiting the executive branch’s vast and unprecedented powers to spy on Americans’ lives with warrantless surveillance of our data.
  
• Violating the First Amendment by using federal law enforcement to target journalists and protestors.
  
• Abusing executive power to interfere in our elections by criminalizing the voting process and damaging fair representation.
  

I bolded that ^ last one because it is the one that folks believe is setting up the most impactful corruption. 
Here are more details on the plan take election management from the states and allow executively placed federal entities control over the process and outcome. 

• ●  Criminalizing the Voting Process: Project 2025 would shift responsibility for prosecuting election-related offenses from the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division to the Criminal Division — saying that “Otherwise, voter registration fraud and unlawful ballot correction will remain federal election offenses that are never appropriately investigated and prosecuted.” This will open the door to sham investigations and aggressive prosecutions of voters and election officials. It will serve to intimidate state and local election workers already under threat and could criminalize election administration disputes.
  
• ●  Allowing the Proliferation of Online Misinformation and Disinformation Relating to Elections: Project 2025 would end ongoing federal efforts by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to combat online disinformation and threats to secure elections, and it would scale back federal technical assistance to state and local governments close to Election Day.
  
• ●  Allowing Government Access to State Voter Rolls: Project 2025 would require state and local recipients of DHS grant funding to meet certain pre-conditions for eligibility, such as a commitment to total information-sharing that would allow access to department of motor vehicles and voter registration databases. This would interfere with state maintenance of voter lists in order to cast doubt on the legitimacy of election results and allow the administration to collect voter rolls in order to deploy aggressive voter purges that disenfranchise voters.

Regarding the civil workforce:

Union leaders estimate 500,000 government jobs would be in jeopardy. I think that is a gross exaggeration, but six figures may not be. 

Some of the suggestions in the overhaul to gov employment seem fairly mundane, but when you add them all up it strips these workers of any job security and allows a seated administration to gain influence over multiple  independent gov. agencies by filling them with its choice of worker bees.
