Trevor has to understand the throw has to be made when his foot hits the last step. It doesn't matter if the double move is made yet or not. He has to throw it to a spot and let the WR to go get it. If the safety isn't there, they still won't get there.

Yes the OL is bad but Trevor is waiting too long to throw it. Trust the WR to get to the spot and throw the ball. You can still throw deep as long as you have timing down and throw it early.
