Some teams make the mistake of making a change for the sake of making a change while others sit entirely too long on the pot and forget to [BLEEP] when they had the perfect opportunity to relieve themselves for a better upgrade.

Doug has to coach himself out of this situation and he needs to rid himself of Baalke and Rauscher in the off season if he manages to pull out another 9 - 8 season.

I think that will save him. He needs to review the quick passing stuff from 2022 and 2023 to meld with their desire to run it more and air it out deep through the play action game.

He made the right decision in hiring Nielsen. That's another +1 for him. I would just go to Khan and tell him I can't continue to have a General Manager going defense or RB anymore in RD2 - RD3 when I needed players to develop a year or two ago to bring my vision of this offense to life with an improved line.
