I agree that the players aren't as bad as the record is over the last 8 games, but it's a team full of reaches and cast-offs.

Great teams find great players and the coaches make a scheme that works with those players. The Jaguars have done neither of those times for a long time.

Other than Walker, Stange, and Smith who are all the reaches? The biggest problem with this team is coaching imo. Can they adapt is the question. We have had so pretty good picks the last 4 years as well on top of FA additions.
