A head coach's job in the NFL is not what you think it is.  It's not his job to micro-manage his staff.

You do know there are a number of head coaches in this league that call the plays right?  Some of the most successful coaches at that.  You are calling Doug a micro manager in 17 when he won the SB?  I'm sure one of the reasons Khan brought Doug in also was because of his playcalling.  If Press has called the plays the last 2 games then they absolutely need to make a change.

I never called Doug a micro-manager, I pointed out that it's not the job of a Head Coach to micro-manage his staff.  You suggested just that by claiming (in your mind) that Doug took over the play calling.

Regarding the part in bold, I don't think that Mr. Khan knows a whole lot about play calling and I would think that he hired Doug because of his past success managing a team (including staff) to win a Super Bowl.
