If Khan is willing to pay me $100,000 dollars per year for the next five years, and, if he can give me a $100,000 signing bonus? (A whopping $600,000 to him, probably peanuts compared to what he's paying Baalke).
I swear, I will work my [BLEEP] off 24/7 to help build this roster via the draft. I [BLEEP] you not. I feel like I can find better football players and needs for this team with maybe three monitors and a small team of scouts keeping tabs on what we need and an eye on my big board while I make decisions. That signing bonus will enable me to pay off my home and then that salary gives me enough to comfortably take care of my family for a few years. If I fail within five years? I'll go back to the railroad. I swear. I can fix this. I know I can. All I need is the access and a few websites. The leg work is already out there for the masses to digest and select from.
