Jacksonville is the easiest place to play.
He sucked as a rookie and everyone just chalked it up to Urban Meyer.
After year 2 he was essentially crowned as the second coming. Even after year 3 - where he struggled with injuries and inconsistent play down the stretch, and a major collapse by the team, he was rewarded (prematurely) with a massive contract extension.

Don’t pretend that he’s being mistreated. He has been treated more fairly. Anywhere else he would’ve received a lot harsher criticism MUCHUCH sooner.
