The contract as written is set up for option bonuses that get guaranteed effectively at the beginning of the next football year. So a post June 1st trade, this season would only net 2024 Dead Cap: $13,529,725 and 2025 Dead Cap: $30,000,000 per Spotrac. Over the Cap shows relatively similar figures. They are guaranteed as part of the contract, but they were not considered a signing bonus and have not been paid out by the Jaguars yet. That is why the Dead cap is different for cutting him versus trading him.

You misunderstand what you're looking at on Spotrac. Most of the options are part of the guarantees which is represented by the dead cap.  The 2027 option is mostly ($29M of $35M) already guaranteed.  Only the 2028 option is not guaranteed at this time.  All future guarantees and the full signing bonus have to be immediately recognized at the moment of trade which is how you get to calculate the dead cap figure.  Not sure where you're getting $30M as spotrac doesn't list that anywhere as a dead cap number for 2025, not even close.  It's as cland has it listed above as it's $133M, though it does drop to $88M in 2026, not $116M.

Now, could Trevor waive the no trade clause and the Jags negotiate another team to pick up some of the future guaranteed money instead of them being on the hook for it?  Perhaps, but if the team that drafted and then extended a guy is now trying to ship him off, nobody is going out of their way to take any significant financial burden off of the Jags or any other team in that scenario.  This trade fantasy around here is getting kind of ridiculous. He isn't going anywhere and if he does get traded it wouldn't be until at least 2027 when the dead cap drops to $44M which is still ridiculous but somewhat manageable.
