Line of thinking with these selections. We still lack EDGE depth. We're going to have Walker and Hines-Allen for years to come, however, it wouldn't hurt adding an athlete like Pearce Jr. to the mix. I targeted four offensive lineman that I like in this draft so far just based on this year's play and last year's play.

Savaiinaea, Nelson, Zuhn III & McLaughlin. With Scherff being over the hill, we need a RG replacement. That's where Savaiinaea starts. Nelson and Zuhn III are LT's. Good size and good feet. Let them compete with a veteran signing or outright start based on who wins the competition. McLaughlin is stout. I like him as Morse's successor.

Jackson and Mukuba add great speed to our secondary and can play man-to-man. Mukuba in particular can play anywhere. Nesbit and Gadsden II give us great receiving options in the TE room. My line of thinking is trying to prepare for a potential parting of ways with Evan Engram while moving Brenton Strange up the depth chart and backfilling the roster with some quality depth and options. Gadsden has good NFL genes as well.
