If Houston doesn't take Bortles, how far does he fall?

If you want to speak how Bottles will play in the NFL compared to the others, you might have a case. And I personally have never seen anyone ever suggest that Bottles had a better collegiate career than Manziel or Bridgewater. His entire upside has always been his potential and that he has more NFL-like QB size.
I want 3 players. Clowney, Bridgewater, Manziel. Jaguars have the number 3 pick. Just give me one of those 3 at 3, and I'm happy.
