A guy like DeAngelo Hall may not be the level of cover CB like those are, but he would fit more to the type of playmaking Rashean-like ball hawk DB that I am talking about us needing to add. 
Why are you forcing this "playmaking ballhawk" to our secondary?

 

Where has it been expressed that we absolutely need one?  I think you're just looking at Seattle and saying "seee.. they have a ballhawk in Earl Thomas... that must mean we have to build exactly that same way"
