He's right. Trevor is here to stay. With the right system and players in place, he has a good chance to bounce back. Baalke and the entire offensive coaching staff are not the answer. OC, OL coach, WR coach, etc. They have ignored the most critical part for a QB's development for several years now. They were not investing enough into the OL. Trevor's timer is erratic and it's making him spin around, not set his feet properly and rush throws and make poor decisions because he clearly does not entirely trust his OL.
New GM. New HC. New offensive coaching staff. Invest heavy on the OL and WRs who can catch more. And with all that, there will be zero excuses for him if he cannot resurface from his hole. |
